bm68rgb bluetooth mod
I finally got the boards I ordered for the bm68rgb. Fit perfectly, USB-C lines up nicely with the case. This version uses the Holyiot-18010 module (NRF52840) and should be quite easy to hand-solder since I didn't need to use any of the pads underneath the module, but I have another board design that uses the E73-2G4M08S1C module, which may be easier to source from LCSC, but I had to use a few of the pads underneath the module. There is a cutout under the spacebar for a 301230 LiPo battery. Since the NRF52 sips power it should last quite a while (100-150mAh is the max I could find in this size). Working on modifying QMK after I get the Holyiot module in the mail and assemble/test the first board. [link] [comments] |
